BlomInfo AS from Denmark was charged with the execution of the contract, through its subsidiary offices in Romania and Moldova.
Helge Onsrud from The Norwegian Mapping Authority concluded at the end of the first day of the conference: We are here to learn, but what should be learned? Not everything is good everywhere so I think the crucial question is to discuss and agree what is a good property system? It’s frequently said that what is good for one country it’s not necessarily good for another country and that the way we built a property system depend very much on the local history and the local traditions. I’m not so sure that that it’s true, I think there are very many similarities in the property system… a good property system should be more or less the same everywhere, but definitely is not. When it comes to the way we operate and support the property system it differs very much from country to country.
