SCANROPE AWARDED CONTRACTS OF NOK 41 MILLION

ScanRope has been awarded 2 mooring system contracts for destinations

in the Far East totaling NOK 23 million. Delivery will take place during the

2nd half of 2007.

ScanRope has been awarded an increase in the contract value of NOK 18 million announced in the stock exchange notification on 7th November 2006. Delivery of the additional subsea power cables will also be completed during 2nd half of 2007.

The remaining contract award announced in the stock exchange notification

on 28th September 2006 is a delivery of fiber mooring systems to Technip for Perdido Regional Host spar project in the Gulf of Mexico moored at approximately 2.400 meters. This will be the deepest moored production spar facility in the world. Perdido Regional Host is owned by Shell, Chevron and BP.
