Blom Aerofilms awarded multimillion Euro contract in the Netherlands

 

Blom Aerofilms are pleased to announce the award of a multimillion Euro contract for the aerial photography & orthophoto of the whole of the Netherlands by CycloMedia Technology BV.

The contract, which is to commence early February 2008, is to supply 10cm resolution orthophoto mapping for the Netherlands. The project will cover a total area of approximately 35,000 sq km. The photography will be captured in spring 2008 with CycloMedia using the aerial photography for the development of automatically creation of 3D environments based on the photography and cycloramas.
